The Haro 2017 Blackout PTC BMX Frame uses the same Power Transfer Center (PTC) technology as Haro’s Carbon BMX Frame line-up. Add to that a stout 1 1/8″ to 1.5″ tapered headtube and triple-butted top and down tubes to make one of the most cutting alloy frames in BMX.
